BP Responds to Gas Issues

BP sells more than 50 million gallons of quality gasoline in the U.S. every day and we guarantee every gallon we sell. BP is committed to working with any affected BP consumer to make good on our guarantee.

As of November 16, 2012, the BP Claims Intake Center is not accepting new claims. Claims filed prior to November 16, 2012, will continue to be processed and evaluated for reimbursement. If you submitted a claim for reimbursement of cash payments, your claim may take longer to process.

In order to complete the process of evaluating currently pending claims, all necessary documentation must have been emailed, faxed or postmarked no later than November 30, 2012. Please note that documentation provided after this deadline may not be considered in the evaluation of your claim and your claim may be denied as a result.
